Marketing and promotion

The event will be supported by integrated multi-channel marketing strategies targeting specific visitors:

  • Print Media – Press Conferences, Press Releases, Advertisements (before and during the exhibition) and Articles in leading daily newspapers, weekly magazines and industry publications
  • Online Media – Press releases and blogs in popular portals and social networking sites as well as an event website
  • Outdoor Media – Mupies and billboards in strategic sites.
  • Distributing advertising flyers and brochures about the exhibition at merchants, distributors and trading markets.
  • Mailing – Direct mailing and e-mail shots to industry professionals in our database as well as targeted VIP invitations
  • Special invitations will be sent to local, regional and international decision makers and concerned parties
  • Radio & TV Media - Radio spots to effectively raise awareness about the event and live TV coverage to reach targeted audience

  • Press conference two weeks ahead of the expo to announce for the expo and to maximize the exposure in different media channels.
